Cameron is 3 months old now (as of 5.18.09), and getting SO big! I weighed him the other day using our bathroom scale (which is surprisingly accurate), and he weighed 16.5 pounds! He's getting so heavy, I dread carrying around the car seat carrier. He'll be moving into his convertible car seat within the next three months, I'm sure.

I started giving him toys to hold a few days ago, and just today, he reached for a toy for the first time. He has always enjoyed looking at the little red cardinal on his Baby Einstein gym, and that's what he went for! I put it down low so he could reach it. He got a little frustrated that he couldn't get it all the way into his mouth, though. Notice the mohawk. It does that all by itself.

We've also started putting him in the highchair at mealtimes so he can be near us. It's not as comfy as the bouncy seat, but he tolerates it for a little while at least.
We keep working on getting in some quality tummy time every day. He seemed to like it OK when he was really little, but doesn't seem to enjoy it very much anymore. Today, he managed to get his head up off of the blanket for a few seconds. Most of the time, he keeps his face planted in the quilt and just snorts out boogers. It's gross, but effective.
