Anyway... Here's our week in Instagram photos!

1. Braden's first basketball game of the season. He has a good little team this year (The Spartans), and we discovered that one of the players is the son of the lady who babysat Braden when I first went back to teaching. He was 2 years old then. She only had him for about 3 months (I was hired as a replacement in the middle of the spring semester), but he remembers going to their house. :)

2. David cooked chicken cacciatore for dinner with steamed asparagus. Yum.
3. Braden asked David to read the story of Odysseus and the cyclops from his Latin book, and David enthusiastically agreed.

4. I've been really behind on laundry lately. This load of whites had to be rewashed after sitting in the washer for a couple of days and then got fluffed and refluffed in the dryer for a few days while I procrastinated putting them away. When I finally took them out, this sock string had some major static electricity built up. It was amusing.
5. Lunch after church. Cameron was not thrilled about sitting there. He wanted to go home.

6. We are still working on de-decorating after Christmas. I bought new plastic tubs to organize everything. Our tree is still up. We still turn the lights on every evening. Seriously. The ornaments are all off, but I just love Christmas lights. I'm trying to think of a way I can have them up all year, yet still look tasteful.
7. Cam came out of quiet time and sat by me on the couch. I got up to get something, and when I came back to the couch, this is what I found in my spot. :)

8. Cam and I spent the morning at Target (after droping Braden off at school, and after his preschool fitness class). We bought him this new jacket. He was excited about the dragon spikes on the hood. I love the color and the tone-on-tone herringbone pattern.
9. I'm excited about this one! I'm working on a post about it... coming soon!
OK... bye now! Have a great day!
