We've edited the list and brainstormed a little more over the past few weeks. I tried to get him to think of less stuff to buy and more fun things to do. Probably the sweetest (and most convicting) thing he put on his list was "bathing suit for Mommy." I haven't gone swimming since he was probably 2 years old. Sigh... Oh, all the "w"s stand for Webkinz.

I finally wrote the complete list up on the chalkboard yesterday. Some things have already been accomplished, some are in the works, and some have been done and will likely be repeated before summer's end. :)

what a cute summmer list! I say we are going to make one every year and summer is half over before I know it! Oh and I am a new follower!
ReplyDeleteI really miss that beautiful handwriting!! Please come and write on my chalkboard for me. lol! You should add come and see the Wainds!! :) Maybe we could be "playdates." Miss you this summer (and the kiddos). I'll call you soon to catch up and make plans.
ReplyDeleteYes, Jenny, as Kendra wrote, your handwriting and printing are beautiful. I have a question: What is "cold stone"? I understood everything else. Am I showing my age by asking about "cold stone"? :-D Loads of Love to the Bungers!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I'm happy to see you replaced the birthday chalkboard message, too.
