I'm still enjoying Project Life! I feel like I haven't taken very many photos this week (week 5), but we've had a lot of sickness going around, so that wouldn't make for pretty pictures anyway. I sure wish I could hurry up and get the 2011 album finished. I'm already feeling like I'm falling behind for 2012. Must.keep.going! :) Anyway, here's week three!
I broke down and purchased some new digital supplies for this week's layout.
I say "broke down" because I really do try to use what I have (in my
rather large digital stash) and not buy too much new stuff, but sometimes I cave. I'm glad I did, though, because I love how it turned out!
I really like all the record keeping of family life. The layouts, photos, text all make for excellent memory records. My mom never made scrapbooks and neither did I (as you well know). It's not too late for me to start -- just need to access old family photos. I truly have been thinking about trying to put a book together for the boys -- something like "When Grandma Was a Little Girl." What do you think? Love you, Mom
