Story:
December 14, 2011
It was stormy so we stayed in all day today. Braden did his school work and I photoshopped a silly picture to give my students for Christmas. I fixed the boys peanut butter crackers for lunch, and then they took their naps. I had Braden lie down in his bed rather than resting on the playroom floor because I wanted him to take an actual nap. His dress rehearsal will last until 9:30 tonight, so I wanted him to rest. I let the boys take a bath together this evening. They had fun. Cameron kept pouring water on Braden’s back. After bath, they ate dinner. Braden had leftover pizza and Cameron had a hot dog. We watched Cars (Cameron calls it “Cars movie”) and waited for Daddy to get home from work. There’s one part in the movie where Sherriff and Sally catch Lightning McQueen trying to escape, and Sherriff says, “Boy, we ain’t as dumb as you think.” Well… I always (like every single time I watch the movie) think he’s going to say, “Boy, we ain’t as dumb as you look.” :)
oh, this reminds me of the time my boys used to take a bath together, sweet :)
