Happy 5th Birthday, Braden!

I interviewed Braden a few days before his birthday about all his favorite things and made a scrapbook page out of it. The picture is actually from the beginning of November.

Grammie, Aunt Melinda, and cousin Corbin came in for the weekend to celebrate Braden’s birthday with us. They went to Braden’s soccer game on Saturday morning and then to Chuck E. Cheese with us for dinner. We all had fun playing games and eating pizza!

We saw a guy in a Chuck E. Cheese costume running around in front of the restaurant a couple of months ago, so Braden wanted to know where the "real" Chuck E. Cheese was when we got there. I thought it was a cute conversation.


After Chuck E. Cheese, we went home for cookie cake and presents, and watched Braden’s 5th Year Slideshow DVD.


It’s hard to believe our little boy is already five years old! I asked Braden the other day if he could believe he was about to be five, and he was like, “um, yeah.” I said, “I know five years is a lifetime to you, but to Mommy it seems like no time at all. It seems like just yesterday you were a little baby.” They grow up SO fast.
