36 Weeks

Weekly baby update: I had another appointment with my OB yesterday at 36 weeks + 4 days. She said the baby hasn't dropped yet, but that I am now 3 cm dilated and still about 50% effaced. She said she was a little surprised to see that I'm more dilated since that usually doesn't happen until the baby's head is pressing down on the cervix. Anyway, we'll see how much longer he's going to wait! She said if I make it to 39 weeks (which would be the week before I'm due), then she'll go ahead and induce. Braden was 9 lbs. when he was born (3 days before he was due), so we're not going to let this one go too long.
