Cameron's 3rd Birthday

I got a cute layered cake template as part of the "Bring on the Cake" collab kit from The Lilypad. The pictures I had from Cameron's evening birthday party with my mom's side of the family were not all that great (no natural light), so I used Instagram to spruce them up a bit.

Cameron's 3rd Birthday at Justin & Noah's House

I actually took all those photos with my DSLR, not my iPhone. Did you know you could edit any photo in your photo stream with Instagram? Yep, you can! I uploaded these pictures to my phone using Dropbox, and then opened them from the Instagram app. Easy peasy! :)

When I get my Project Life album printed, I'll include this page and probably put it next to the Instagram layout I did for my birthday.

Here's what I wrote in my journaling document for Cameron's birthday (I'll be doing a layout of the first half of his birthday day soon):

Cameron’s 3rd Birthday!
We got up early and drove to my hometown... We went over to Justin’s house for dinner at 5:00. He and Ben cooked chicken and deer meat kabobs, some with Pulgogi seasoning and some with Italian seasoning. It was all good. Mom also had Cars 2 party supplies and we had a Thomas the Train ice cream cake. Ben, David, and I also opened our birthday cards. Braden and Noah had a great time playing together. Cameron was excited to open his presents, but he was cranky most of the time. Justin turned on a Thomas video for him, and he watched that (sort-of) and pushed his Lightning McQueen around on all the round card tables.
