In addition to the traditional diplomas, the teachers chose a character quality and scripture for each child. Here's Braden's character trait and what his teacher had to say about him:
Leadership
"Braden is an outgoing young man that is a friend to everyone. He is a leader with a zeal for life and a soft heart."
Hebrews 10:24-25
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."
Braden had the most wonderful teacher this year. I think she was made to teach Kindergarten, and she has a true heart for the Lord. I have learned a lot from her, especially how she always points the children to Jesus in every situation. She is very intentional, and I appreciate that so much.
I love the look on his face as he's bringing the flower to me hidden behind his back. We're so proud of you, Braden!
He's already talking about how much he misses his friends from school (we've been out for less than a week)! Our school is such a blessing. I'm very thankful that Braden gets to go there. I've had my ups and downs this year trying to balance teaching and mothering, but all in all, it has been a good year, and Braden can't wait to start first grade!
*LOVE* What a blessing that our kids have an amazing school to be a part of. Can't believe Braden's already a graduate. I remember when he was just a wee one :)
