Well, he wasn't actually singing... A little isolated rain storm popped up this evening, and Braden wanted to put on his rain gear and go out in it. I told him it wouldn't last long, so he should just take off his socks and go out barefoot. He was so excited to get wet. He jumped in the "puddles" (really just millimeters of barely standing water), he sat in the puddles, he laid down in the puddles, and he even tried to make a puddle angel (think snow angel). He had a big time. It started raining harder, and he asked me to go get his umbrella. I took lots of pictures, then went in to check on Cameron (who was getting into who knows what in Bubby's room). When I came back, Braden was standing on the patio buck naked. At that point, I decided it was time to end our fun in the rainshower, and take an actual shower (puddles aren't clean, you know). I have childhood memories of playing in the rain in the summertime, so I felt like a good mama for encouraging him to go out and get dirty. I guess if I was a really good mama, I would have put down the camera and played in the rain with him. :)
