Christmas Card

Here's the Christmas card we mailed out this year! It has a surprise on the back. :)

Here's some info about our card:

I used a new-to-me printing company called OvernightPrints.com. Cathy Zielske used them this year and was pleased, so I decided to give them a try. See hers here: Overnightprints.com, a not-too-technical review

I'm pretty happy, with a few caveats. I created four slightly different designs using the same photos. There is a minimum order of 25, so I ordered 25 of each and hoped for the best. Two designs had a white border and two designs had rounded corners (the company will round the corners for a small fee). The white borders printed OK, but not great. They weren't exactly even all the way around the card. The rounded corners were BAD. I had to go buy a corner chomper (I got this one at Hobby Lobby with a 40% off coupon) and cut them again myself. Other than those issues, I like them a lot.

If I had it to do over, I would just order the full image version (no border and no rounded corners). I liked the look of the rounded corners once I fixed them, but I would definitely order them square, and round the corners myself at home.
