I didn't post any Project Life layouts all summer, but I did complete several spreads. I'm still working toward getting caught up. The next week I have to work on is overwhelming me, though, so rather than being productive with that, I thought I'd distract myself by getting caught up on the blog instead. ;)
2014 Week 15: April 7-13

Have I mentioned how much I enjoy having these photos actually in my 3-ring album? Even though I'm several weeks behind, I can get them printed as soon as they're done, and my kids get almost as excited as I do when new prints come in the mail!
I use all Design A for the page protectors (plus inserts - mostly Designs H and G), and I order all my prints from mpix (Economy 4x6).
Some of my friends came over a couple of weeks ago, and were asking me questions (love it!) about Project Life and my album, and they brought up one of the things I struggled with when I decided to do a physical album this year... the idea of printing multiple copies of a digital photo book (one for each child). I had almost forgotten about that worry! I was really concerned about only having one album, but now I think it's fine. Of course, I'm an only child, so any photo albums from my childhood that are still intact will eventually belong to me with no squabbling, but still... I think it's fine. Hopefully, by the time my boys are grown, I'll have so many albums that each son will be happy to share the lot with his brother. :)

As you're working to be "caught up" (is there such a thing?), you certainly are not compromising the quality of your pages, Jenny! They're beautiful, as always!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Donna! You are so kind. And, no, there's really no such thing as being caught up. ;)
