2013 Project Life | Week 8

I didn't have a lot of great pictures to use this week, so I went with Instagrams. I used a template from Wishing Well Creations with 4x4 squares on the top and bottom rows (perfect for Instagrams), and then I copied and pasted the 3x4 card spots in from another one of her templates (the original had 4x6s across the middle). I love the templates from Wishing Well Creations. They are well-planned with even spacing, and include square and rounded corners for each template and a nice drop shadow on all the layers. I also used papers and journaling cards from Wishing Well Creations (see product links below). Anyway, I really like her designs!

I included QR codes that link to videos of when the boys were telling me the Ten Commandments. I decided to keep the videos private, so they are password protected. The password is our last name, so if you know me in real life, feel free to watch. You will need to view the page in Flickr to get the QR code big enough to scan (just click on the image above). It also helps to hold really still and make sure your phone is far enough away so that it can focus properly.

This post on Lindsay Teague Moreno's blog explains how to use QR codes on digital scrapbook pages. I used the generator she suggests and the QR Reader app by Tap Media to scan QR codes with my iPhone. Fun stuff! :)
