InstaFriday

Happy Friday! Can you believe today is the last day of November? Where has the year gone??  I guess the old saying is true -- time flies when you're having fun!  Here's our week:

2012-11-23 13.32.48
1. Watching the Battle for the Golden Boot with Corbin at Grammie's house. Corbin is an LSU fan (gasp!). ;)

2012-11-23 20.28.26
2. Grammie gave Cameron the sunshine quilt she's been working on since he was a baby. He got comfy on it to watch some Christmas cartoons.

3. Braden read his new Lego Star Wars Visual Dictionary the WHOLE time we were driving TO and BACK from Grammie and Pa Pa's house.
4. Cameron slept all the way home.

5. David suggested going to Fun City Pizza for dinner when we got home from Grammie & Pa Pa's. No dishes to clean up and the boys could run off some of their been-in-a-car-for-4-hours energy.

6. I sent Braden a birthday party pack on Webkinz, and he was SO excited!
7. A screen shot of Braden's party room. We invited Grandma, but technical difficulties prevented her from joining us. We had fun, though, and we're planning to try it again soon.

8. I cooked breakfast!! I was really tempted to pick up some drive-thru breakfast after dropping Braden off at musical theater rehearsal, but I resisted the urge and came home and cooked it for myself! I made Cam a biscuit too and shared my eggs (cooked light and fluffy!) with him. He's not a fan of bacon for some reason.
9. I took the boys to lunch at Chick-fil-A after rehearsal. We saw several people there from school and they had a good time playing in the play area. I was planning to go to Walmart afterward, but it was rainy. and windy. and cold.

10. I got out the Little People A-frame house for Cameron today while Braden was at school. He loved it!
11. "Mommy! I need anudder tissue!!" Cameron has come down with a cold, and I heard those words a LOT yesterday. He seems to be doing better today.

Well, that was our week! Do you have big plans for the first weekend of December? We're planning to put up the Christmas tree! Cameron is SO excited. He asks almost every day, "Is it Christmas?" :)
