I would totally make play food out of felt! I just ran across this blog with directions on how to do it. It looks so fun, and I know Braden would love it! But... I don't have a sewing machine or know how to sew. I made some pillows once (and my wonderful grandma puts hers on display every Christmas), but they turned out more trapezoid-ish rather than the rectangles they were intended to be. I also made curtains for my classroom, but I sewed them backward so that the topstitching was on the back. Thankfully, it didn't really show. Anyway... this just looks so cool, I had to post it. :)
