Happy Anniversary!

David and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary today! We have been really blessed this week with free babysitting from both his parents and my mom! We went out to eat and to see a movie TWICE! I can't remember the last time we actually went to see a movie at the theater!

While David's parents were here, we went to see the new Star Trek movie. It was great. The guy who played Dr. McCoy had us cracking up the whole time because his facial expressions and the way he said his lines were so perfect (just like the old Dr. McCoy)!

On Tuesday, my mom watched Cameron while I took Braden to see Disney's "Earth" movie. It was some nice one-on-one time for Braden and me. He said he liked the movie, but I didn't care for it all that much (too many sad moments with baby animals being attacked by predators). Anyway...

Tonight, while my mom was still here, David and I went to see "17 Again." We both really enjoyed it. It was so funny and sweet! I loved it. It was a great movie to see on our anniversary.

David always gets me a bouquet with roses in it for our anniversary. He started the tradition on our first anniversary. The bouquet always has one rose for each year we've been married. So, this year, I got nine roses! They are so pretty. I had fun taking pictures of them.
